Logic Solutions Inc. (LSI) is an affiliate of Trends and Technologies Holdings, Inc. which was incorporated on March 15 2000. On January 2001, Logic Solutions Inc. became the direct software solutions and services provider. Last March 2005, LSI changed its business model and worked with Alcatel to become a Premium Business Partner in the Philippines.
In September 2005, Logic Solutions Inc. began beefing up its organization to be able to jumpstart the marketing of Alcatel products. Majority of LSI's personnel came from Alcatel Philippines, under Alcatel Business Systems Division (1996) which became known as the Alcatel SDD (Services and Distribution Division).
