Mabuhay Miles is Philippine Airlines’ Frequent Flyer Program which is open to all of PAL’s customers. Members are entitled to different benefits and privileges depending on the frequency of their trips. In October 2007, Mabuhay Miles moved its Service Center to a new office at Arnaiz Street in Makati City. This relocation meant changes for the Mabuhay Miles Service Center not only in terms of their office address but also with the communication technologies that it utilized. They needed to update their old IP-PABX System in order to keep up with the changing times and improve services.

In addition to this, they even provided the users with training on how to use the new technology. The transition went so smoothly that in fact, within just the same month, everything was already in full operation.
